What Emi Tanabe doesn't like about Woodstock Brew House:
I have always enjoyed this place. Tonight I found out how cheap they’ve become.. They no longer provide you with straws for your soda even though we wear masks to fight COVID-19. So we still put our mouth on possibly infected glass. And why the wooden kiddie forks for grown adults!? How are we supposed to pick anything up with these?! Couldn’t you at least give us plastic Dollar Tree forks??? Really!? I’m so disappo... View all feedback.

We went before the whole bar was opened, so it was initially a tad confusing, but once we found the restaurant on the back, it was smooth sailing. Food was great and there are some delicious apple wines on **** now!
My husband and I stopped when we were in the area for our anniversary. The bartenders were very nice, and we felt like we were part of the gang. We had laughs, good beer and really enjoyed each other. If you're in the area, look at this jewel.
We were able to stop and get a breeder refill $15ish) to celebrate the labor day. it was a rainy day so we decided to try their milk stout and it really enjoyed toasty character. if it had been a nicer day, we would probably have enjoyed the outside terrace. we hope to make it again to try to lunch a day, so we can try the nachos.
I was happy to find the Woodstock Brew House on my way home from my family's vacation. It's in a very pretty historic section of Woodstock, which is well worth checking out as well! Let's start with the best part. The food and the beers are fantastic. I mean, really good. Even my picky eater kids liked everything and ate everything that we ordered. Make sure you order the pretzel when you're there too. You'll probably only need one because it's HUGE! We just chopped ours up at the table and helped ourselves. This was the second time on my vacation that we went into a restaurant and had to order at the counter/bar for ourselves, then the food was brought to us after taking a number for the table. I am not a fan of this style of dining at all, but I think I figured out why it's showing up more. There are fewer servers at restaurants now, so to help be more efficient with the servers that they do have, they've changed things up a bit with this style of ordering. It's definitely not my favorite thing when dining out. I hope this goes away as more people fill server positions. It was a bit pricey as well. We paid $90+ for a family of 4. We had an appetizer, 4 meals (2 kids) and 2 beers with no dessert. Thankfully, as I mentioned before, the food was great, so I can definitely recommend it, despite the cost and the service style. We'll be back I'm sure!
