This location is awesome. Not only do they have great fresh food, but the service is also A1! We at Kaiser Permanente cater from here frequently and it is always on point. Greg is great and can count on our continued business. View all feedback.
What ITexec doesn't like about The Honey Baked Ham Company:
We are HBH fans from way back, was happy when they went to a dine in lunch offering. However recently, the portions have gotten smaller, prices higher and soup side options reduced. It used to be a good value, especially when you do the survey and get a BOGO sandwich. Looks like they have stopped that promotion, so won't be going back. I went to this location last week and the staff have nasty attitudes. I ordered ham classic sandwich, a chicken salad sandwich, and chips. The ham was brown, old, smelled spoiled, and the tuna wasn’t put on grain bread. I also told them that their jalapeño chips in the basket were expired and they didn’t even take them out of the basket. They are selling old spoiled meat, and expired potato chips to customers which is unacceptable! When I asked for my money back the dark skinned girl with the nappy ponytail got an attitude with me. This is the worse honey baked ham location that, I’ve ever been to in Georgia.
This location is always super clean and the staff is very friendly. I love that I can order online and stop by and pick it up. I also like to run in and buy sliced ham by the pound for sandwiches.
The food is great. You feel refreshed after eating one of their sandwiches. Sadly, I do not ferment the name, but I bet they all have that same quality of freshness. The only thing is that it is a bit pricey. $13+ for a combo. I ordered two since I had a friend with me and it was about $32.
I get lunch here nearly every week. Every time the quality and service are great. Get the roasted turkey classic sandwich, can't go wrong!

It used to be a good value, especially when you do the survey and get a BOGO sandwich. Looks like they have stopped that promotion, so won't be going back. Too many other competitive lunch options in Woodstock. Don't blame Covid, this is a conscious business decision. Either raise your prices or reduce offerings, not both. And, bring back BOGO...
