The Daily Catch Woodstock

We came for a late lunch and stayed long enough to cancel our dinner in another restaurant. The vongole Siciliano was Top Notch. The Kalamari was perfectly baked and prevented him from filling excessively oily. Great Caesar salad with anchovies. Black Pasta puttanesca was fantastic. And the cocktails were very good. Service was very accommodating and pleasant. Very recommended!

My husband celebrated our anniversary here with dinner. The environment was intimate and warm. We had the Littlenecks Siciliano and Clam Chowder for appetizers, baked scallops and the night Halibut with Risotto (not on the menu as it was the special of the night), and Tiramisu for dessert. It was absolutely delicious. The experience was made perfect by the excellent recommendations, pure kindness, beautiful wishes and pure love of the Team Service The Daily Catch Woodstock. With them our experience was incredible. We felt more welcome than any other culinary experience we had. It was a beautiful time.

I never leave reviews, and I started writing this before I left the restaurant. Everything was absolutely delicious! And the host and owner Maria was amazing. She told us how she feeds her fish freshly from the Boston fish market and it tastes. The atmosphere is very welcoming and so amazing to find Italian seafood in the mountains of Vermont is a very pleasant surprise. There is nothing better than a hot pan of incredible seafood pasta after a cold Vermont day. The daily catch is really a hidden gem, and if you have authentic Italian pasta, fresh seafood and shellfish, or both! Not further

Vermont Hospitality at it’s finest! This place made me fall in love with Woodstock. I walked in to order a Lobster Fra Diavolo to go as I was scared I wouldn’t make it in time before closing. The owner tells me to come back when I can sit down and gives me her cell phone number to call her in case I was running late as this was a big dish that should be enjoyed as a sit down dinner, not takeout. After my meeting, I texted her I was on my way. I am so glad she made me come back. I had a swell time. She recommended a great Vermont wine to pair with my meal. The restaurant is so welcoming and cozy, you feel like you are at a friends for dinner. I met some of the locals who frequented the restaurant and had such a great time. The food was delicious but the atmosphere, staff and experience made it the perfect evening in Woodstock. I loved every minute of it. I will certainly be back in Woodstock and will not miss a trip to the Daily Catch.

Amazing! Loved the eclecticity of the menu. But everything was still super affordable and interesting. The owner and the staff are great, they check for you to see if you tell any stories, tell jokes and loved it. I loved everything I ordered.
