I want to express my gratitude to Ryan Matthews and his team, including Jeff and Cade, for their quick and selfless assistance in providing breakfast to over 50 fire victims. Dunkin' Donuts in Woodstock, IL, you guys rock!
Recently, I have been let down by this restaurant. I always order something simple, yet the last two times it has been prepared incorrectly. Fortunately, I am able to fix it at home to make it drinkable. Additionally, the staff always makes me feel like I am bothering them every time I visit.
The service at this restaurant is fantastic! The manager, Brook, is amazing and welcomed us with a big smile.
