love the ability to adapt. this is especially helpful for family members with food restrictions. I was late to pick up my online order and they made me a new fresh pizza when I arrived. love the thin crispy crust and all topping selection. wait is not bad, even on a busy Friday night. What User doesn't like about Mod Pizza:
I was not impressed with this restaurant at all. The place was dirty, with six young staff members who were not attentive to the customers. They were too busy chatting and socializing, neglecting their duties. The floors and tables were not properly cleaned, with tables appearing wet as if water had been spilled on them. Very poor customer service. All the employees seem to hate their lives and seem very stressed (for really no reason) and don’t try to hide anything from a long line of customers. Stuff was being thrown around and employees yelling at each other. And once we did get helped after watching the chaos, an employee couldn’t stop sighing that he had to help someone. Also they were out of most toppings and were mixing up all the orders. Also an employee was carrying the pizzas around with his bare hands that were clearly dirty Terrible/ridiculous experience!(EDIT: it was clearly only Mitch creating all the chaos and yelling at all his employees. I now understand why they all hate their lives with a supervisor like that. The most inappropriate bizarre thing I have ever seen
Perfect little personal pizza. Just the way you like it!
Make a good choice and simple substitutions without throwing away the personal. the location is great for indoor or outdoor kitchen
