My wife and I had breakfast this morning on Easter Sunday and were greeted by a fantastic employee named Heidi! The food was nothing out of the ordinary, but the service was exceptional. Although the meal was standard diner fare, there were no complaints, and Heidi really made our day! View all feedback.

I ordered food to pick up online. I sent my husband to pick it up and they marked it ready at 10:35 AM. He didnt even see the order until 10:53 AM. When he got home, not only was the tood cold and the eggs were dry, but they gave me the wrong potatoes, my bacon was halfway raw, and they didnt provide any syrup with the pancakes. Was quickly sitting, but then there was no confirmation that we waited about 25 minutes. two tables next to us were filled with dirty plates. we have ended
Very unacceptable experience this morning. I totally understand being short handed but there was no customer service whatsoever. No one said even a word to us our entire time there, probably about 45 minutes. We walked in and waited 10 minutes before anyone sat us, then waited and waited for anyone to even greet, let alone acknowledge us. No one ever did, not even to get our drink order or tell us someone would be with us shortly. The servers saw us, continued serving other tables, tried to completely avoid eye contact with us. Tables who got there after us were being served. We left very unhappy and likely won’t return for another visit. We don’t mind longer waits at an establishment (especially in todays world) but when there is no effort at all and we feel completely unseen, that’s unacceptable.
If you want a discrete IHOP location then this is the place to go. It is tucked in a little corner next to the freeway hidden from view. There's almost no wait to get served and the food is just what you would expect from an IHOP. The staff was very friendly and we were served quickly. My friend and I stayed and talked a while and at no point did we feel pressured to leave. Love the service, I will be back at some point I'm sure!

I'll drive to Centerville or Salt Lake before going to the Woods Cross location again and I live in Woods Cross.
The location closest to my house was insanely busy because of VDay. The woods cross location is tucked around the corner from the freeway so it's a lot more comfortable to go to. There was no wait to be seated, the waitress was very nice with just the right amount of attentiveness, and the food tasted good. The portions seemed smaller than I remember but it wasn't a big enough difference that it made us feel like it wasn't worth the amount we paid. Overall experience is very good
