06/22/21 — Gave Fazoli's one last chance they failed again. They added a 2nd drink to our order we didnt ask for gave an attitide when asked to refund. We were the only person in the restaurant at 5pm (seriously — I see why) they had us come up pick up our order. Our entrees were small compared to the past just lacked good taste. Burned 3 times not going back. 10/17/2020 — Have no idea why we keep coming back. Came in at 3:45pm every table was dirty! Not a clean available one that … – show.
