As everyone first take restaurant, you need to order your favorite dishes and try them out. I personally love shrimp dishes that make Bamboo House the shrimps are a very nice size (no magnifying glass required) and you get a good portion of shrimps to Veggies. Hot and acid soup is one of my favorites it is both hot and sour not like some other local restaurants that seem to like them sweet and sour; This soup also has a lot of extras they use chicken instead of pork, carrots instead of bamboo sauces, etc. but they can too many carrots one day, just a few others. Most fried items can be risky as they can be quite oily when the restaurant is busy and do not take time to leave the food well, etc. Otherwise, a good and reliable neighborhood Chinese restaurant.
