Lobster Trap Restaurant - Woodbridge

I didn 't see my favorite, breaded Scampis on the menu. Please don 't tell me that the Lobster Trap no longer offers them. I have not yet visited the new location in Vaughan, but I used to live in the area of the original 'Trap ' on Avenue Rd. go there to get my 'seafood fix ' on a regular basis, but I moved out of that area before it closed for good,

For many years we have enjoyed lobster at the original Avenue Road location. Happy to say that the head chef Jay continued the tradition at the Woodbridge site. Despite the covid changes within the room we were greeted by a very attentive waiter Andrew who served us with great care. Love the music piped in oldies and goodies. The lobster was superb both the bisque and the entree were fabulous and as usual I happily took home the yummy remains. Looking forward to a return visit in the near future...............

I am a returning customer. Easter weekend I ordered a dinner for two platter using “curb-side pickup”. The seafood was exceptional as always . Hot. I’ve been back a couple more times. Great local restaurant. Highly recommend.

Really really great meal...thank you Lobster Trap! We had lobster bisque, shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad, broiled lobster, lobster thermidor. Everything was fantastic. Bisque was rich and creamy and shrimp cocktail was so tender. Lobsters were perfectly done and cake was nice touch. Thank you.

I called and spoke to the owner, who was very welcoming and patient. We picked up our dinner and it was absolutely incredible. We ordered Caesar Salad, crab cakes, muscles, garlic bread, lobster bisque and of course...the fantastic lobster. I highly recommend this establishment and will definitely be ordering dinner sooner than later.
