The Good: Prices are reasonable, portions are massive The Bad: Service is overbearing, you have to beg for water, the food is mediocre at best. Everything requires more SALT! prob the worst chicken parm ive ever had

Dinner for 10. Took drink order promptly but had to as for water twice as no one bothered putting it on the table. Took orders. I was the only one who ordered pizza. Food arrives for everyone at the same time with the exception of mine. Waited 12 minutes. The waitress happened to walk by asking how everything was. Said she would check. Came back and apologized that they burnt the pizza and were making another one. Really??? With all the pizzas that are made and you happen to burn mine??? 200 people in a restaurant and I’m the only one that orders pizza. And on top of that you claim to have burnt it?? How about you never put the order in in the first place. My pizza arrived when everyone else had finished their meals. Mediocre at best it was. I suggested to the waitress that given the circumstances I should not have to pay for my pizza. While she agreed, I wonder if she would have offered if I didn’t suggest it. Save your money folks. Lots of great restaurants in Vaughan with excellent customer service. You couldn’t pay me to go back to Desserts Plus!

When you think of Italian hospitality and authenticity at its finest, this is the place to be! So warm, inviting welcoming. The feeling of sitting at Nona’s table begins the minute you step into the restaurant, and are overcome with the fragrant aromas coming from the kitchen. The taste of the food is spot on, the portions are beyond generous, and the tomato sauce alone is exceptional (one of the best tomato sauces I have ever tasted actually). I highly recommend making reservations due to this restaurants extreme popularity! I am very much looking forward to the next visit

This is our favourite place to get the best custom pizza, seafood pasta, veal parmigiana, fried calamari with chocolate cake. This restaurant is consistently good! The food is simple and very delicious, the service is friendly and caring. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Went here based on great experience from friends, but I strongly disagree. To start my son went to the washroom, the pizza chef was in there as well. The pizza chef was done using the facilities and came out without washing his hands. We ordered four plates of pasta, three of them came with hair in the food. The forth order was made wrong. Upon telling the waiter there was hair in the food his response was “would you like me to have them prepare another?” Well of course did he think we would continue eating from that plate?? Didn’t want to make a scene so we kindly asked to speak to manager/owner, that fell on deaf ears, we were ignored. Finally asked a waitress to call such person, they came out. He said “I can make a fresh batch of everything” we had all lost our appetite and said “no thank you” to that he rudely responded “I did all I could!” Waving his arms in the air, turned his back on us and walked away. The waitress was there with us and just said “it’s all on the house, just better if you leave”. I don’t typically write negative reviews as I believe everyone deserves a second chance and I know mistakes happen. But I’m writing this due to the lack of caring the manager/owner had/has.
