I love this restaurant every time I visit. The coffee is always delicious and the Cuban dishes are fantastic. The atmosphere is great as well. Parking in this area of the mall can be challenging, but the food and drinks are definitely worth it. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Havanas Cafe:
Very poor service. Even with Starbucks, Blue Mountain Bistro, etc.. Offering coffee etc.. I have been a loyal customer of this cafe for years, but in the last year the service has taken a nose dive. The coffee here is excellent, especially the mocha. The prices are reasonable and the service is quick, perfect for grabbing a coffee to go. Havanas is a small cafe with only a few seats, so it's not ideal for staying and lingering.
Impressive alternative in the Fort to the chain coffee shops. It's tiny and almost hidden off to one side of Peter Pond Mall. Great coffee with friendly service.

This is the last straw for me and unless their is new ownership and a great improvement, I will not be returning.
The pizza slices are Ok....but the coffee is outstanding. Too bad they were not on the instead of the mall where you could at least sit down and enjoy the favours.
