No food is available, but you can bring your own. Masive series of whisky and very interesting bar staff. Dark Insider music and atmosphere.
This place is only open for a few weeks and yet I have been there for lunch for about 3 times. The menu is a little like Lego (i.e. a selection of rice/great/salad along with a selection of pork, chicken...tofu), but yet once mastered it is delicious. Every time the staff was enthusiastic and always ready to offer a recommendation and/or to change an option on request. It is best to visit with a friend, partner or iPhone AND a jacket (in winter/autumn) as there is not much to see except the food and it is a little breezy, but if they are a paper/magazine or two I sort a regular.
