What Gweet Toesan doesn't like about Jim's Barb-ie-q Shack:
I took my daughter here to get some chicken strips. They offer a three-piece meal with fries for $8. However, on two out of the three occasions we've ordered it, we've brought home only two strips instead of three. I even mentioned that we wanted the three-piece, but the staff still served us two. Just arrived at Appleton at 4:30. He stopped Jim for a great pork potato. Very good food after a flight from Florida. They even remained open after the closing time. This is hometown.
Excellent food and excellent service. I'm not from the midwest, but after eating here...I wish I was! I had the Q-shack Tator with their pulled pork and my sister had the pork and beans meal...and both were to die for! We also had their ice cream as well for dessert! Thanks for the excellent supper I'll be back!
Underrated local favorite! Q-Shack Tater is the best
My Grandfather Bud Barnoske Passed Away 16 Years Ago, And The Pulled Pork Sandwich Was The Last Thing He Ate Before He Left Earth. The Pulled Pork Sandwich Is What I Have Whenever I Go Here.
I?ve been going to Jim?s for years. Their food is always delicious. I love the feelin cheesy and their cheese curds. You always get good service. Barb does an amazing job running the restaurant. Good family owned business with homemade food.
