Light On The Sugar Bakery Café

Wow, pastries are both aesthetically pleasing AND taste delicious! Light and not overly sweet. Staff were friendly.

Light on the Sugar is a cute spot and their desserts are always very artistic and pretty. They have a lot of good flavors to try from and have some seasonal options and their coffees are great as well. The only downside I have it it can be pricey.

Yum!!!! The best European style pastries in town. The outside seating area could use a bit of TLC but the pastries and drinks are absolutely delicious ?

Today was a bit of a rough day that ended on a sweet note when my daughter dropped by with several cream puffs from this bakery on Aloma. Wow! These cream puffs are amazing! Perfect balance of flavors and texture. We sampled the strawberry, creme brulee and cookies and cream varieties. I can't say which is my favorite because I loved them all. I will say the slight burn on the creme brulee puff was Heavenly and the light sugary crunch of the pastry shell was the perfect compliment to the silky smooth cream filling. Now I want to try it all and you should, too! ?

There is little to say about Light on the Sugar except for the fact that their desserts and drinks are perfection from taste to presentation. They have seasonal flavors which they rotate every month or even more often. Each new flavor/dessert is a success. We have gone many times and will continue to do so despite living half an hour away.
