Great place in a great area. There is not much parking on the surface, but many people pass directly at the parking sign towards the garage! Prices follow with the surroundings, and this place is great. Forgive the half-eaten picture, I was a little too excited and forget to grab a picture before I mix everything together LOL. It is a beautiful place on Park Avenue to enjoy drinks/food outside also on a busy Friday night. I had the espresso martini with Irish cream as my first drink as my first cocktail and an old fashion as my second drink. It was tasty, but not with the traditional large ice cube that melts much slower. It had many smaller cubes that quickly diluted the Bourbon. You have to ask for the big cube I never had to do. We also shared the blue cheese chicken flatbread, which was beautiful and savory, without the blue cheese being too heavy.
I just run on Park Ave in winter park and by chance just walk from this place! I'm shocked for a Saturday for the lunch time at 12 o'clock it was overcrowded, but it wasn't good for me! Dan my server was great! Always filled my drinks without me and always asked if I needed something! I made the magic menu and have the 310 garden salad, crispy duck and the Oreo Trifle! Everything was delicious! I definitely recommend when you are in the winter parking lot of downtown!!

On Saturday afternoon a Drizzling stopped. It was set right away. He was on duty. Server was very helpful and friendly. You said we had a time bang and would kill us. Food came out directly and was super double spectacular. I had an APPETIZER from Flatbread and it approached the size of a manhole cover. It was like a Flintstone era that could entertain half a dozen people. My beloved had a very pleasant chicken avocado cream that she inhaled. (She's picky. If she leaves, you can be sure that the scarf is good! Great experience with great food. Totally enjoyed 310 Park South and hope to see again if we don't rock from an adventure to the next.
We went to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. There were 6 of us and the dog and they were very kind to put tables together on the outside front patio to accommodate us. It was a really hot day but there were overhead fans which really helped to keep us cool and plenty of iced water! Everyone had positive things to say about the meal. I ate all my Rib eye steak, although I must admit the sweet potato tots were the most memorable!! I bought a cake with me and they were so sweet and came out with the cake, assisted in taking photos of us and the couple. They then took the cake back and actually sliced it and presented it on serving plates. Our waitress was awesome. She was attentive, always smiling and if she was not sure if something she went the extra mile to find the answer. Despite Yoda the dog barking at her intermittently. She still gave excellent customer service and he got a nice bowl of iced water too!! All in all it was a lovely evening. There were a few options on the menu that were not available, but it did not mar the experience. It's a great place for both casual dining and formal too. Great if you want to just enjoy the buzz of Park avenue in Winter park as it's it the heart of the street. Great nearby parking and outside parking. Prices are moderate but in today's economy it is expected.
