The Tasting Room - Winter Garden

The food and service was great and the ambience was even better. I definitely recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be coming back

Beef Wellington Eggs Benedict Breakfast Mac and Cheese mimosas (with assorted juices) Delicious food! Only reason one star is taken off was due to pricing and the fact that I found plastic baked into my meal : (mistakes happen so I wasn 't upset). Highly recommend for a bunch with the girlfriends and if mimosas are ordered, make sure to request the pear nectar (not on the menu).

I cannot give more than 5 starts, but I would like to. Tonight we went to Date Night at the Tasting Room. One of the chefs told us that was the restaurant 's way to compete with Magical Dining available at many other restaurants. On that note, my husband and I have been together for 23 years, and I look at every Magical Dining menu, but NEVER found items on the menus both of us would like. Date Night consists of a preset menu of 8 items to share. The price is $75/couple (paid in advance . After service another bill is presented for tax (6.5 and tip (20 . Tax is always paid, and I always tip 20+ due to top quality food and service. I thought based on the price, the portions would be small, boy I was wrong. We each are all of our She Crab Soup, and only part of everything else, and had them box up the leftovers. Personally I didn 't care for the Collard Greens, it was the first time I ever had them. I am not a fan of vinegar, which is probably why. We had a great time. On another note, The Tasting Room is our favorite restaurant. We found it when we lived in Waterford Lakes, and now we live in Poinciana. We drive over an hour each way to enjoy dinner here, and it is well worth the drive. A personal request to the chef, the She Crab soup from the Date Night menu was the favorite item for both of us. We agreed we would love to have you add this soup to the regular menu, it is simply amazing! Please not the pictures below for date night begin with the soup, those before that are from a previous visit. The staff, as always are great, from the server to others that walk by and help out.

I've eaten here several times and the food is always expertly prepared and presented. Service is excellent without being overbearing and pretentious. Ambiance is romantic for those que get together with that special sometime. Always a treat.
