I ordered a 3-piece catfish meal, but received a 3-piece battered fish instead. I informed the staff, who said they would make the correct dish for me. After waiting 45 minutes, I was told they could only provide a 2-piece meal instead. I requested a refund for the fish, but once again there was no sense of urgency to resolve the issue. Last rode with this restaurant! ordered 4pc fish meal over doorsteps, with fries, green beans and hush welps and dump entire plate away! after the reception I noticed only 2 sauces for 4 pieces fish. I am now working on care products from home to 6 o'clock, where I am 2 minutes away so I can go up there. door locked around 720p, laufwerk thru almost in the street of 50 and no employees packed in site! I knocked on the door and a random young man goes into the window and says he doesn't work there, but sitting in the lobby. he continued to go behind the counter and brought me a tartaric acid sauce, but I returned to home, opened plate and fish was brown, soaked in fat, smelling, burned them for hush puppy, but they were soggy as the green beans and fries. I have 5 pommes as a side, soggy! handy in garbage! in the last 4 months the quality has deteriorated, and the quality has dropped enormously in the food and the employees. the customer service is unfortunately not in this building.
The food was ready really quick. They now have my favorite hushpuppies; their Mac and cheese is as good or better than chick FIL A's and Popeyes. Any fried fish here was really moist and tender, well done.
Great seafood at a reasonable price. We’re longtime fans of Captain D’s anyway, but this is one of the better-run locations these days IMHO.Friendly service, and even with all the options they get the details right. I love the blackened fish and shrimp, and the fried okra is great!
Drive thru is always slow and good customer service is a 50/50 coin flip. Half of the workers don't even greet you, take your money and give you your food without even acknowledging you.
Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes no one took my order so I went inside placed the order so now 45 minutes in total wait time. There is no sense of urgency and on top of everything else the employees are fixing food to take as they leave. I can hear the manager arguing and they are all dropping the f word likeits ok. Last visit for me........
