The girl ray who works there is honest one of a kind. she answered the phone quickly, no waiting time, was knowledgeable and friendly to the current promotions for the week, offered if I had any questions from my order, and gave me an estimated waiting time. ray they are a premier for this location and I am grateful for their excellent customer service! thank you for having made my experience here to a great one. will return definitiw.

This review is just for this location, not for Papa John's as a company, nor the app (which sucks). I've had issues with the app bugging and glitching multiple times and they always fix my order without question. They're always very friendly over the phone. They have also always been super fast on delivery.

This Papa Johns is ok. I don’t think they have ever gotten our order completely right. The pizza is average. Last time it wasn’t fresh at all and they said they would make it up to us by giving us the pizza of our choice. When I tried to order the pizza of my choice they wouldn’t actually let me get the pizza of my choice.

Free medium pizza coupon with the store 's phone number on it, which must be surrendered when redeemed, is apparently an online only coupon. Nowhere does it say it 's online only. This would be fine if the website weren 't down as well. Honestly, pathetic.

Order the grilled chicken buffalo papadia and the cinnamon pull aparts through the app, when the app said my food was ready i went to go pick it up but they told me it was gonna be a 30 minute wait cause my food wasn’t ready Then when i did receive my food you could tell it was rushed cooked and it wasn’t good at all the papadia was undercooked and the cinnamon pull aparts was burnt and little to no icing on them
