Burger King - Winston-Salem

On a positive note, the manager was incredibly friendly. She acknowledged that the oil did need to be changed and mentioned they planned to do it later that day. She offered to replace my food, but during a pandemic, not many people are going to the drive-thru more than absolutely necessary.

I really appreciate the new renovations and updated look of this Burger King. The burgers, fries, chicken sandwich, and chicken fries are all fantastic!

This Burger King location is decent. The wait can get a bit lengthy at night, but I'm not sure if that's due to staffing issues. The food is still good, and the employees do their best to keep things running smoothly. It's a great option if you're looking for a quick meal.

I’ve noticed I have a hard time enjoying food prepared by younger cooks. Many seem to believe they’re talented, but I come from an era—specifically the early 50s—when truly skilled cooks were more common. It feels like the best chefs are fading away along with excellent restaurants and genuine customer service. I usually cook for myself every day, so perhaps my high expectations contributed to my experience. On a positive note, the restaurant itself was very clean and the staff were hospitable.

Great team, delicious food, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
