I've always had great service and deliveries. People are always polite and courteous. The very few times I've had issues or delayed service it has been remedied without any request to do so. They've typically been minor things like delayed delivery for less than 10 minutes due to traffic, trains, or dinner rush. Came for lunch buffet at 12:15. There were no clean tables. There were no plates at the buffet. No salads made for buffet. Only 1/2 of a pizza on the buffet and cinnamon sticks were on the buffet. Pasta containers were empty. Very disorganized. View all feedback.
The lunch buffet is great! There is always something for everyone, with a good variety of toppings and crusts.

Pizza hut in winona mn. ordered cheese breadsticks. the price increased, the breadsticks are smaller in size and there was no seasoning on the breadsticks when asked if there should be seasoning on the breadsticks, they took it back to the kitchen and just sprinkled a little on the top and that was that.
By far, the worst buffet I've ever been to. No salad bar, 4 ancient pizzas, rock hard bread sticks, $15. Just awful.
They are super polite. Called me twice to make sure I got my order. Very great service. Highly
