We had a group of 10 for diner. The staff quickly set up a table for us. Ordering was easy and everyone was happy with the different meals selected. Pricing was low to moderate and kids under 12 ate free from their menu. All in all a good experience. View all feedback.
What Audra McKenzie doesn't like about Swiss Chalet:
We went for lunch had the bacon chicken wrap, it was OK full of meat and tasty overall. The grill marks on the wrap were too burnt in and affected the taste to the no so good side. It was a good size and decent value.The problem with this location is staff, there never enough staff. The kitchen is good but very slow. Love the soup as a supplement, nice light alternative to French french frits. Very quiet at noon. Very recommended.
I ordered a rib and it was so dry!! Dip sauce was too sharp And the taste of chicken was not good smelling unpleasant. I filled the survey and the customer service reacted very well you offered me a shop loan. I am very happy with this great customer service Swiss Chalet is very care about its customers and I appreciate it when you mention special taste when you order.
I enjoyed my food. The atmosphere was good, and the staff was friendly.
Servers were very friendly, big chicken and very cheap (Rotisserie white meat chicken, side, chalet sauce and a role for $12,99!! Used our CAA card and got a free appetizer (we chose the chicken spring rolls, very delicious.
So wonderful!! The food and the service was exceptional!!
