Snow Moon Dessert Cafe - Winnipeg

I am very disappointed with my experience at Snow and Moon. At first they did not offer great snow for din-in, which did not interrupt my party size. The prices for what you get are absolutely disgusting. I've never been demolished. Customer service was not available. When snow was ready, it looked very inconspicuous. It was not like what the picture was displayed. I have often been in snow and moon and have never experienced such disappointment and dissatisfaction as I did this visit. I will not come back soon unless prices are more reasonable and customer service checked. Cheese

I went there the other day and I ordered the strawberry snow. Before arriving there I was at the gym, so naturally I was thirsty (ice creme also makes me thirsty) so I asked the worker for a cup of water. Tap water would have been great. But the worker said that they do not give out cup of water and instead I had to buy bottled water from them. This would have been understandable if I didn?t already place an order, but I did so I didn?t see why they couldn?t give me a complementary cup of tap water. Their greediness really spoiled my time there, not to mention that their items were already expensive for what it is.

Stopped here for a treat on mother's day and it did not disappoint! Could not recommend this place enough, it's amazing! The tiramisu snow might be my favourite thing ever! And the moon toast is sooo good for something different and savory

We came for the first time The service wasn?t great, they didn?t have a lot of patience for us and wasn?t eager to help us. We just chose randomly items from the menu. It is looks good but the taste is a different issue. It was nice not as good as we thought.

I always love tiramisu snow but sadly Kenaston cafe doesn't have it. The matcha snow tasted bland, I deeply regretted visiting this store for shaved ice. Go to St.James snow and moon cafe instead.
