Mitzi's Chicken Finger - Winnipeg

I never would have thought that a place that serves chicken fingers with a side of rice would be any good, but this was a pleasant surprise. The chicken was covered in a perfectly crisped batter, not too thick or thin. I also loved the honey-dill dipping sauce. It was light which paired well with the chicken. I got the 5 piece combo which was a good amount of food, even for dinner.

Mitzi is a casual family restaurant. They serve the best chicken finders in town!!!! Whenever my significant other and I are craving for chicken fingers, we will make a drive to Mitzi! The service is great and the food arrives quick upon ordering! They are very reasonably priced and the quality of food is excellent! The chicken fingers are crispy and non-greasy. You can honestly go in and out and be filled with a delicious meal in half an hour! Check it out and you won't regret it!!!

Mitzi 's is awesome! Seriously, what 's not to like?? It is a surprisingly charming little restaurant (the interior looks almost like a German restaurant, with white walls and dark wooden beams), frequented by families and the chicken fingers are DELICIOUS! We were greeted by Mitzi herself who was helpful, adorable and hilarious. It is such a nice atmosphere, the food is great, and it really has the wonderful homey feel to it. I will DEFINITELY be back any time I am coming through Winnipeg!

What can I say that hasn't been already? This is the best restaurant in the city. Great price and amazing food! The chicken fingers are melt in your mouth good! And the home of honey dill sauce? There should be a shrine to commemorate that achievement. Always a really good meal you can tell that the food is made the same day and not frozen. A must visit!

I have been lunching at Mitzi's when in Winnipeg for meetings for about 25 years. Never been disappointed.
