The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - St. James

Everyone had something different and it was all great! Our server was excellent she was very accommodating! It was my grandsons 18th birthday everyone made him feel special!

Took my parents out for dinner at the Keg and we had a really nice experience. Steak was well cooked and the server provided us with good customer service. Will definitely go back.

Food was delicious as usual the service was outstanding considering how busy it was that evening.

First time checking out this location and I must say we will be back! It was a very busy evening but we didn’t have to wait to be seated or waited for any food or drinks. The server was amazing and the rest of the staff were also very friendly. The food was excellent and steaks were cooked to perfection!

I made a reservation 2weeks ahead and on the day of our meal we were phoned and told there was a 2 hr maximum time for our meal. Upon checking in we were told about the 2 hours maximum again. 10 minutes after we arrived our waitress spilt a whole tray of 9 water and cocktails on our booth seat the waitress asked us what she should do. We told he a towel to dry everything off and extending our 2 hr max would be a great start. The manager did come over right away and offer a free dinner to the girl that received the worst of the spill. Dinner came and we all had steaks but no knives so we all had to wait for someone to bring us utensils the meal was good but all the staff that came to our table made a joke about not dropping anything else in our laps. After dinner all 6 of us decided our next dinner out in January will be somewhere else. It’s a shame because we were all loyal keg costumers.
