Missed the buffet experience but the food was excellent. I had the veal cutlets and they were so well cooked they melted in my mouth. Chicken noodle soup was tasty with tons of homemade noodles. What brings the customer back Came to the Triangle Oasis for the Buffet with family, as usual the service was good, the mennonite food was great! Specially with some vegetables and meat, a definite recommendation for quality and the cost. Possibly turn new customers first experience off The only things that could have been a bit better was the soup, it was over salted, and the farmer sausage was a bit dried out Looking for a change of pace and good homestyle cooked food?
