Sir Cedric's Fish Chips Downtown

I called Sir Cedric's in the city to place an order for pick-up on my way home from work. I was informed over the phone that they do not take phone orders due to being understaffed and unable to spare the time on the phone. After being interrupted for 5 minutes and explaining my situation, I questioned why they couldn't take a minute to place my order. I was then abruptly hung up on. Upon calling back and requesting to speak to a manager, I was informed that the person I had spoken to was the owner, who had hung up on me. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

The owner is disrespectful and hangs up abruptly when speaking on the phone. I will not be returning to this restaurant until their customer service improves.

I recently visited this restaurant during a quick trip from Michigan to Windsor. The food was excellent, especially the fish and chips - some of the best I've ever had! The wait staff was also wonderful, very friendly and attentive. Keep up the good work! I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends who love fish and chips. Great job!

I recently dined at Sir Cedric's for the first time and I feel like I have been missing out. I have eaten at many top restaurants on the east coast, but Sir Cedric's definitely holds its own. The staff was exceptional and the food was outstanding. The tempura batter really allowed the fish to shine, and the fresh cut fries and cole slaw were some of the best I've ever had. The decor may be simple, resembling a truck stop, but the focus is clearly on the food. I will definitely be returning to Sir Cedric's and recommending it to others. Great job!

I highly recommend this restaurant! The food is delicious and the service is excellent. The fish and chips are a must-try, not just for special occasions!
