The place is only take out, which means you have to take your order somewhere else to eat it. By the time you get there, the chicken is soggy. The batter is als... read more The place is only take out, which means you have to take your order somewhere else to eat it. By the time you get there, the chicken is soggy. The batter is also awful; it is not crispy and highly overseasoned- was inedible. The fries were a joke, they serve you like you're on a diet and are stringy. If you see this KFC, avoid it, there is a Pizza Pizza nearby and Shawarma joints which give better quality in terms of food.

I ordered dinner for a birthday party and had guests waiting to be fed. The delivery time should have been within an hour. Unfortunately, I waited 2 hours befor... read more I ordered dinner for a birthday party and had guests waiting to be fed. The delivery time should have been within an hour. Unfortunately, I waited 2 hours before the order finally stopped when I couldn't even reach the store because their phone lines were closed. The woman who canceled the order was very unprofessional on the phone and basically only offered me the option to cancel the order or contact the store directly, which had shut down their phones. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had at KFC.
