A&W Restaurant - Windsor

Seriously the worst workers of any fast food restaurant, constantly have to repeat my order a million times all for them to get it wrong anyhow. Had to go inside to get the sauce I requested and 3 workers stood there and looked at me then continued talking loudly to each other still without acknowledging me at the counter. Horrible service time and time again. Old owner was way better, standards are ridiculously low now and not worth going to. -100000000000/10

I never do this about fast food places, but I had to write this review to say how exceptional the gentleman was at the drive thru window on May 28, 2020. He was the only one taking orders, etc and the line up in the drive thru was constant. Although he made an error in my drink, he was so polite when I told him and he didn't show the chaos he likely had in his brain ...because I'm sure he felt very overwhelmed. What a great employee! I was very impressed! Keep up the good work!!!!

Disappointment again. We ordered and came home. The one thing we asked for on the burger wasn't there and all the toppings, including the one I am allergic to was. They do a lettuce wrap. Otherwise they wouldn't get my business at all. Why are all the sauces buried in the middle. To be fair, we knew to call and even though we had to go get it, they gave us the order again for free. I rarely get to eat burgers, it shouldn't be this hard to buy one you don't have to cook yourselves.

Ordered an uncle burger was suprised at the shape and size of the onion on the burger . Burger came absolutely mangled and had to rearrange it

A&W has the best burgers in the fast food industry and also doesn't use growth hormones and anti-biotics in their meat.
