I just went to the store to order the 2 new frozen root beer with sweet cream, which was said at the speaker. But after I paid I received 2 ice coffees. I went back though to get what I tried to order when I said “frozen root beer” and when I talked to the worker he said that I said the wrong thing and he made me pay for two more drinks. This is very disappointing how I asked and was excited to try there new item and I had to pay for 3 drinks all together.

We ordered for take out and asked us to wait for 10 minutes. 3 people ordered after us got their first and we had to wait 20 more minutes on top. Which is not fair at all. They should serve first come first out. Service: Take out
