What User doesn't like about Hot Head Burritos:
Honestly, the woman with the red hair working at the front desk has a terrible attitude. While the service is fast, customer service is important. I am new to this restaurant and there is no one else there (not even sitting down to eat), yet she doesn't ask about my preferences for my quesadilla. Eating is great, the restaurant is clean the staff is exceptional! they do a fantastic job! five golden stars!
Went today with my husband for the first time the place is decent dine in is available we got home ate and all I can say is BOMB!!! loved my burrito and sauce options is a plus thanks guys
The server was rude and tired to make order but food quality is the reason for 4*. It's amazing and very fresh at all times. Even door dash delivery is decent except hard tacos.
Love hot head burrito, puts moes and chipotle to shame! However, this last visit there was no hot head sauce and when I asked the chic didnt seem to know what I was talking about and mentioned some other ones, not sure if it's made anymore, still would go back though, no one beats these burritos! Please bring back hot head sauce!!
Food is amazing, however manager yelling at employees in front of customers is disgusting, therefore not sure if I'll ever eat here again.
