It wasn't the food that was bad. It was rather delicious, but the place didn't have much food left. So we didn't really get to order what we wanted. The people seemed like they were ready to go home. We had to order outside for some reason. At least the strip that its on is very nice. I'm not saying this place is bad, I guess you have to go early. Fantastic food — best sliders, fries, and onion rings I’ve had in a very long time!!! A true gem, we will be back. Most of the negative reviews on here seem to be regarding their hours of operation. I think this is quite unfair, especially in a pandemic...and since the food was nothing short of perfection!

Me and my kids LOVE this place. The food is always hot and fresh and Soo good! The customer service is just as good as the food! We've never had a bad experience here. Unfortunately, Covid has caused them to not be able to open but one day out of the week right now but that's probably a good thing so I won't spend money here more than once a week
After some bad reviews I was hesitant to go here, but I am glad I did. The wait can be long if they are busy as there is only one grill. The staff is friendly and always checks to make sure the food and service is up to par. It's a cool little Burger Joint in downtown Winchester that I can always count on for affordable and great food.
The gentleman who took and filled our order was sweet as could be. The food was delicious and hit the spot on a cold evening. Their dining area out front was decorated for Christmas and the overall atmosphere was a throwback to when things were a bit simpler in life. Talk about a breath of fresh air
