Worst place. It took a 1/2 hour with only 2 people in front. To get to Bagels with butter. The staff is really slow and not in a hurry to get your food done. I saw cockroaches when I left and pulled out my order. Terrible. View all feedback.
Fast service in the morning also with the morning brush.

This location is dirty, no variety of donuts, stale, and workers have an attitude. There are too many good locations to waste your time here.
I stopped in to Dunkin Donuts for coffee, and had to wait a bit. The coronavirus and social distancing have made things like that difficult, due to the limiting of the number of people who can be inside the store at one time. I absolutely get that, however, the scene behind the counter was a bit chaotic. I 'm not sure if they are training new employees, but the manager was called from the back to assist. She was a big help and easily remedied the issues. Every business has chaotic times. I 'm not holding that against them. Every employer must train new employees. They were apologetic for my wait, and my coffee was spot-on and delicious. I truly believe this was an anomaly to their typical service quality, so I 'm giving them decent marks. If I had to make one change, I would suggest increased employee training and employee shadowing. before sending noobs to fly solo behind the counter. Other than the wait, and the little bit of confusion about the order of the customer in front of me, they did a great job.
I don't know what's going on with this location but they all need coffee making training. The coffee is either very weak or... well u see the picture. I was furious. I was at work when I realized this was in my cup.
