Starbucks - Wilson's Mills

Pulled up at the drive up at 8:56 and was told they were closed. Funny it says online they are open until 9PM. Won’t go back.

This location struggles every morning to provide the one thing they're supposed to be good at, coffee. Multiple mornings the coffee I'm given is barely even warm and when I ask for some hot coffee they look at me like I'm the problem, if I'm paying a premium for coffee it stands to reason I should get a premium product. It's certainly not my fault that 30mins after open they don't have coffee that's actually hot. Some mornings they forget the cream or the cream coagulates in chunks in the coffee which is as off putting as the service provided when I ask for a decent product for my money .

This location is Always sooo busy! They don’t have staff to support the lines. Maybe they do and maybe the team is just so unmotivated due to the never ending lines. There are four people working at 3 and we have been in line for 50 minutes with a mobile order. The reason we know 4 people is because my husband went inside to glance if the mobile order wasReady and sitting there. It was not, but there was three people hustling and one person at the window Cassidy not helping the others. She may just need to stand still for her role. I am not sure. Starbucks, this location needs help, more staff, more training, shut the whole place down and relocate nearby. Something. It’s the only location in the area and desperately needs some attention. Don’t even waste your time here if you are driving 95. Your drink will be watered down or lukewarm from sitting there if you use mobile app. Schedule your Colonoscopy if you need one, it may be more enjoyable than waiting in line at this starbucks.

I love getting my hot Latte and a warm cheese danish from Starbucks. However, I would love for Starbucks to bring back the morning bun similar to a coffee danish. I miss the morning bun. Please I miss it and so do some many other Starbucks customers. Here at the Garner Starbucks the service is friendly and quick.
