Fat Tony's Italian Pub - Wilmington

Nice, casual restaurant with a good outdoor area. Gabby was our server, and she was wonderful! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Husband had the fried calamari and a hamburger. He said both were delicious, and the burger was cooked exactly as he requested. I had the grilled chicken Caesar salad. It was good; but, I will remember to request the dressing on the side next time, as there was way too much on the salad for my taste. It is definitely a restaurant we will go back to.

The waitress who served us was very good, attentive and efficient. Calamari was great as was the Frutti de Mare. Patio season, breeze off Cape Fear river is just wonderful. Pasta(carbohydrates) portions are a little small for those that have a healthy appetite.

It was alittle slow when I was there and I loved it. The waitress did a great job but she was alittle distracted or had another job she was doing. But a great job still. The feel of the place was great...with a big crowd it might change. I didnt pay attention for tvs and none took my attention away....no tv a plus for me. (there could have been one in front of me but didnt distract me). The food taste was like wow this is really good. What I got has to be really good for me to say that. (Meatballs with marinara) Price is good for the items. Friend got the philly I will go back for that for sure. Another got (forgot) and I want to try it also.

We'll be here every time we get to Wilmington! Every single thing is so good. The waiter is incredibly friendly and the beer selection is fantastic! Don't miss this place!

Great big interior with plenty of seating both inside and outside (inside seating seems to be lacking in a lot of the downtown restaurants). Had the pizza by the slice- it was fine. Also ate the tiramisu-HUGE piece but could tell it had been frozen by the little icy crystals in it. Overall not bad and friendly staff
