The calzone was exceptional—definitely the best I've ever had! My husband prefers a thicker crust and really enjoys the Sicilian style, which I find a bit too bready for my taste, but it's great for those who love dough. The regular crust pizzas are quite tasty, and I found the lasagna pizza to be an intriguing option. I gave it 4 stars because I've noticed that the staff could be a bit friendlier during pick-up, and... View all feedback.
What Ashley Savoy doesn't like about Ciao Pizza Grill:
This place has ok pizza, not the best in town. Sometimes undercooked. Also their delivery system is weird, I live around the corner about a 5 min drive, and apparently I am out of delivery range being 0.7 miles away. Waste of time and food View all feedback.
Incredibly friendly service, great location and the best slice of pie. We got a beer and two slices each and it was exactly what we wanted in a slice of pie. Hit this place up if you are in the area. Very busy with the locals which always speaks well of a restaurant.
The BEST pizza in Delaware and I would know! Pizza is my all-time favorite and Gianni's is where I get it from! Next time you want a pie call Gianni's!!
I was visiting from out of town, and I have to say, this was by far the worst pizza I've ever had! The crust was so doughy and undercooked, and who thought it was a good idea to mix pizza sauce with buffalo and BBQ chicken?
I decided to give this place a try, and I’m at a loss for words. The Italian calzone was perfectly made, not messy at all, and had just the right balance of ingredients. The bruschetta was the best I’ve ever tasted; the bread is toasted and filled with fresh tomatoes and basil. I’ll keep it brief: you should definitely visit Gianni’s. You won’t regret it. Rating: 10/10.
I visit this place often. The food is excellent, and the beer is always cold!
