Great food and the kindest waitress ever she had short black kinda spiky hair, literally was the sweetest ever. We had an appetizer of the buffalo shrimp which came with 8 I believe with very good large shrimp. We also had the fried shrimp tacos which was a very good portion for 2 tacos and pretty much a whole salad as well on the plate that comes with it. The food was terrible. It was excellent from 2017 to 2020, but the quality has declined since then. If you look at the years when the awards stopped, you can see a clear trend. I'm very disappointed and won’t be returning to this restaurant. View all feedback.
If i could give this place 0 star i would.... wait staff was amazing. best i've ever seen. management on the other hand... my wife had a shellfish allergy and the manager cane up to my table with no teeth asking if my meal was okay.... it's sad to say a place that i once frequented is no longer a favorite.
Cape Fear Seafood Company We had a great experience here! We went hoping to see the Phillies game, and bartender Annie changed the channel for us at once. We went looking for steamed shrimp, but when my husband saw jambalaya on the menu, he had to go for that. I had my shrimp and a great salad. When I asked our amazing server Lisa how the grits were, she brought me a sample and they were yum! Great drinks, too. Highly recommend this location, and ask for Lisa!

Still love this restaurant! Last time I was 10/10, I went to the other location in Wilmington. When I was here last weekend, I had to come back for the roared seafood plate and this location was closest. Service is great. I recommend a reservation, they get busy QUICK. The only reason for 4 stars is because this time the fish was boiled a little dry, last time it was incredibly extreme flaky. Scallops the clam chowder soup are absolutely delish. You also have large beverage specialties throughout the week.
