What Abagail Hackett doesn't like about A Taste Of Italy:
Your food most definitely is coming out hot. Customer service was outstanding the day I was there. I had the spaghetti and meatballs. You're getting more than enough of food to eat for the price. Now the taste of the spaghetti that day was a little bland no cap. But it is what it is. View all feedback.
It was a long time since the meat was stacked on a sandwich. The bread was killer and was spread hot, excellent! You also had Mr Chips! Crazy food selection, all foods looked delicious, esp the hot items. Don't sleep on this one, wish I lived closer.
The smell of an Iti deli warms my soul, eating very well if twice, separate weeks)1. Once had a turkey club, the second time spaghetti had huge delicious meatballs, my wife had aubergines parmigiana that they enjoyed. In the area you recommend stopping or eating in the second time we ate in, very comfortable, after visiting Wrightville beach.
Had the Italian combo wedge blown over with its homemade Italian dressing today, it was amazing. Can wait to try more from their menu points!
Delicious meatballs, large, meaty and mild with the right amount of breadcrumbs?tastes like nonna?s at the St Rocco?s Feast on Glen Cove, Long Island. We ordered 6 with the pint of classic marinara sauce so we can have leftovers. I haven?t been here since 2018 and it looks like the store has a lot more selections, take-home groceries like frozen lobster ravioli, and upgraded staff. I can?t wait to order the subs and the eggplant parm next time, now that we are yet another group of New Yorkers living here. As I searched the house for some limoncello aperitif, there was only 1/2 a tiramisu left when I opened my fridge! hubby said it was delicious, light mascarpone, and yummy. For a small Italian sub shop and deli in bland Wilmington, NC, this place is very, very, welcoming. We will be back and the New York relatives visiting in July will be joining me.
Everything here was delicious! We came twice within our stay in Wilmington because of how scrumptious the food is. I got the eggplant Parmesan and chicken Parmesan and boy were they delicious. I highly suggest getting a cannoli or tiramisu to finish off your meal. 10/10 would recommend!
