What César Rosado doesn't like about Green Room on High Street:
Hipster theme seems to be the trend..that and no fish or meat... Vegan is OK..salads were tasty...but salad dressings need to be extra zingy and tasty and chutneys need to be thick not watery..the place could do with a good clean..table tops are sticky to...the touch and the window screens and ledges have dead insects/webs and dust very evident...staff are very pleasant and helpful.. we feel long hair should be tied... That I found on the happy cow website vegan/vegetarian was not disappointed, it was brilliant. personal very friendly prices reasonable, portion size food options great. I had the bowl of quality it was as if I unfolded layers of different tasty sorts. including the lens patch above. can find a little tricky as I missed the signage, instead of noticed organic coffee sign in front. can sit on veranda front, inside retro style table chairs or out in a rustic environment under shaded trees. would definitely recommend even if they were not vegan or vegetarian as they were for all. my food was built from my order yummy house made cake also available.
Today dipped for lunch, nice menu, eating was excellent, one has to be the house brewed chai tee .. it is amazing
Stop for morning tea allows us to enjoy the house made sheet chai- gorgeous aromas as well as delicious coffee. too hard to resist were the bliss ball light and not sweet (my fav) and the delectable honey / yoghurt cake creamy yogurt filling within the lightest...spion - a total negotiation. the whole place that is outdated with a whole integrity and relaxed atmosphere was a native!
After a day of the weeping, this position delivered the perfect tank. we came at 2:30 a.m., so had not accessed the complete menu, although the frit and quiche we felt definitiw, as if they had been on the full menu. delicious, fast and eat for a reasonable price. How could you say no? not only was eating amazing, the personal was wonderful and we saw nothing but smile in the whole apartment. definitiw come back to try the complete menu soon!
My husband and I went to the Green Room. They had lots of delicious home made food. Gluten free. Vegan. We were there for morning tea and had tea, a decaf cappuccino and an almond and orange cake. The cake was bigger than we usually...get in our home town. Staff was very friendly. I can highly recommend the Green Room.
