Terrible. only terrible. the young lady who responded to my call (for delivery.) I tried to start a argument with me. concerning my job. the story gets worse. they gave me the complete wrong job I could start with. the end is all the manager or so-called manager had not even decided to return my call alone excused. sad in today's world. with all the options on our desposal. I will never consider sal. or recommend it to my family/friends staff/Neibors. the

Called to simply ask them to fix my order as there were several things wrong with it, such as, hardly any cheese in my ice cold hard fries. Missing drink, cheesesteak had brown lettuce, and soggy bread.The man on the phone stated he couldn’t understand me, so I explained it again.He then told me how no, I did not spend almost $20, it was only $12.????? How are you going to tell me what I spent when I have the receipt??? Asked if they could have another driver deliver my food, and beverages correctly this time or issue me a refund. He then continues to tell me how the order WASNT wrong and that HE made it so HES SURE it’s all correct!!!??? At this point I’m pretty frustrated, so I ask the man on the phone “how are you going to sit and tell me my order is correct and what I’m telling you is basically not true? And you can’t fix it?!” He then told me he isn’t going to talk to me if I talk to him “like that” and he was going to hang up the phone. I said ok, so? You are going to do what about my issue?… again? I called because there’s… an … issue with my order….Again, I was in the wrong, no refund, no correct delivery, will not ever again use this business.Good Customer service, business skills, and kindness goes a long way!

The customer service was great, the woman taking our order was nice and wasn’t trying to rush us through our order- we added extras to our pizza and Sal’s was very open and happy to accommodate our requests. The prices are good and most importantly the pizza was delicious. 10/10 will order again.

My wife and I ordered the cheesesteak and garlic parm wings. The wings we great and covered in sauce! The roll of the sandwich was thin which was very welcomed since most places seem to have thick bread and light on the meat. Not the case here. The sandwich was packed with meat with just the right amount of cheese and onions.The place itself looked very clean and kept up with. We will definitely be back to try the pizza and their many other options!

My wife and I used to love their shrimp and fries basket but the last three times the shrimp was over fried. The mushrooms and onions on the pizza were very few and the crust was burnt.done
