At 1 PM, every table w... read more If you're in search of a genuine Chinese restaurant in Williston Park, even if it's a bit on the smaller side, this is the spot to visit. At 1 PM, every table was occupied, and they had only been open since noon! The food here is authentic, flavorful, and truly fantastic. Everything was prepared without excessive fat or salt, which can be an issue at some other Chinese places. The dishes were freshly made and portion sizes were generous. Prices are comparable to other Chinese restaurants on Long Island. The staff was attentive, promptly taking our orders, clearing plates, and delivering the check quickly. Overall, I'm thrilled about this restaurant and can't wait to return to explore more of the menu. I’ve attached pictures of what I ordered today, but I didn't capture the little pancake since it was so delicious that I started eating it before snapping a photo!

Steamed pork soup dumplings V good Steamed vegetable dumplings in spicy sauce V good Shredded pork with bamboo shoots Chili sauce very little pork Pork chop over sweet sour sauce they used apple cider vinegar for sourness NOT RECOMMENDED. Vegetables Tofu in spicy Sichuan sauce again heavy on the ACV. Service was nice , staff was good , dishes come out as they are made. Not all together. May return for the dumplings only.
