On arriving in Williamstown we went into an amazing cafe were we had some very tasty lasagne and pasta. The cafe first looked a little tired but it was absolutely outstanding and very reasonably priced. We were so pleased we decided on that cafe. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Cafe Cirino:
We had fantastic trip on the StKilda to Williamstown ferry, but having a meal at Cirino nearly ruined our day. Service was slow - around 45 minutes for getting the pizza after reminding of our order a couple of times. And when it eventually arrived, it was the most disgusting pizza we've ever tasted - raw, soaked in ham juices, uneatable. Arrachini balls haven't been much better - just a dry saw dust. To top it all,... View all feedback.
An institution in Williamstown since 1965. Wonderful strong Italian coffee and simple Italian food all made and prepared on the premises. We love their Lasagne plus they also do an Eggplant Lasagne as well. Both being very simple and not overdone .....just like being in Italy. Their bruschetta is delicious with tasty buffalo mozzarella cheese and tomato and their pastries are amazing as are their home made cakes with coffee. The cafe is very old with lovely very old photos of Italy and Milan. Max who is the owner and hails originally from Milan is a delightful man..never rushing you at all and always acknowledges you as you enter. If you want good and simple Italian food and coffee this is the place to go. Beautiful sitting inside or out with one word describing it BUONISSIMO!!!!!!!
We were really happy here. The cafe is set across two shopfronts, with extra seating on the pavement under cover. The interior decor was pleasant old lamps and photos of Italy from 100 years ago. We chose coffees and snacks. Prices were reasonable and quality was good. The Eggplant Bruschetta and Spanakopita were among the vegetarian options available.
Very handy for the ferry and centrally located, we visited this cafe twice and both times were impressed.
A great Italian cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. The service is friendly and quick and the coffee is out if this world. You order and pay inside and each time we were there it was busy but we always got a table and didn’t have to wait long.
Nice friendly service and great location for a coffee. However 'barister ' did not know my common order and the coffee was almost undrinkable. Harsh with burnt tones.
