If someone can't be pleasant, they probably shouldn't be in customer service. I felt very uncomfortable due to her unpleasant attitude.

There was only 1 person running the show- and when I say running the show I really mean it! Chelsea had excellent customer service skills, was very friendly, and had a rather efficient flow going. The store and food line was clean and orderly for the chaos, rather impressive for only 1 person on shift. @subwaycorporate This young lady deserves recognition, especially in these times!

I stopped visiting the store and switched to using the app because the employees have such a negative attitude. You can feel the hostility the moment you walk in; it’s clear they dislike their jobs and wish customers weren’t interrupting them.
