Panera Bread - Williamsport

Very disappointed with this short visit to Panera this morning. Tried to order a latte and was told you have no dairy alternative for milk so I just grabbed a black coffee. I know you have to have a dairy alternative but it didn’t seem like the cashier felt the need to check or ask someone and just told me no. I also need to add that it is 2022, maybe look into offering some gluten free options as well as dairy free options. Thanks.

I ordered the app before and picked up on the switch. my suppe was hot and delicious. Unfortunately, none of the well soda or fruit drink dispensers was ready for operation, which was disappointing.

Panera bread has always delicious food and drinks. I enjoyed eating except I thought the little Parmesan cheese bread circles in my mac 'n 'cheese sandwich were a strange supplement. it has a beautiful atmosphere and a friendly staff.

This Panera location has never let me down. They're never horribly slow, or rude and the refreshments are always satisfactory. It does get busy at times and if you're going through drive through pay attention it's a tight fit and sometimes folks think they're driving in Europe for some reason

We ordered delivery and half of the order didn’t arrive. The manager told me they couldn’t send anything else out because they use an outside delivery app even though we’re right down the street. They thought that they could send a voucher for the sandwich to arrive in a few days. Dinner tonight would’ve been nice. We were once a frequent customer.
