The most pleasant employee I’ve ever encountered while placing an order. She was at the drive-thru on October 28 at 8:50 PM.
The lobby closes at 8? I'm in a semi-truck and they expect me to stand in line with cars. That’s not safe; vehicles can bump into one another, and I have no protection standing among them. I don’t even want to eat inside, just to place my order and leave. Looks like we'll have to go to McDonald's instead.
They were offering a special deal of 2 Arby's cheddar sandwiches for $7. We ordered them plain, and they were excellent. Since I'm not a fan of gooey cheese, this was perfect and delicious. The restaurant was clean and well-staffed.
The staff at Arby's in Williamsburg were welcoming and friendly, making us feel truly valued as customers. It's uncommon nowadays to encounter employees who genuinely care about creating a positive experience. We also enjoyed exploring the diverse menu options. We really appreciated the overall experience!
I was disappointed with Arby's Prime Rib Cheesesteak. The sandwich lacked flavor, had very little meat, and the presentation was underwhelming. I had to add their horsey sauce and mustard just to get some taste. However, their curly fries from the menu were excellent. The service was good as well.
