Outback Steakhouse - Wilkes-Barre

Eating was as expected for a chain restaurant and the staff was very friendly and timely. I have to meet them for courtesy and professional.

Excellent curbside service. friendly and quick service. the wings and the steak dip are the boom, never in the dining room at this place, but I'm sure.

I went in there to celebrate 3 years with my partner. had a reservation and was very fast sitting since it was a bit later. when we sat down.

Shrimp was a little heavy on spices Great Margherita and steak was on point

Our server was incredibly rude. I wasn't feeling well and had to have our food packed up after the appetizer. They hadn't even brought it out yet, so I thought it would be easier, but the waitress ROLLED HER YES AND HUFFED AT US when we asked. I have gastric issues and this happens somewhat frequently that I have to switch from dine in to take out. NEVER have I been treated so rudely at a restaurant. To boot when I went for my leftovers the next day, my blooming burger didn't have any blooking onions, so it was just a regular cheeseburger that I paid extra for. We also told the waitress that the link for the free blooming onion at out table wasn't working from either of our phones (after she suggested it) She said maybe we should take the card from the table home and our signal might be better, again visibly annoyed because it was taking time for us to do, (because it wasn't working) She forgot my wife's wine and we had to ask for it 20 minutes later. Then she was irritated that we had to stay after the food was packed so my wife could finish her $14 glass of wine instead of wasting it. She came back to the table several times after collecting payment to glare at us and angrily clean tables around us. There were barely any customers, and normally I would be extra gracious to an older server, but we tipped the lowest we are comfortable with at 20% I won't be coming back. Worst service I have ever had at any restaurant, or just plain bar for that matter.
