What User doesn't like about Golden Star:
I ordered a combination dinner of Chicken Lo Mein, pork fried rice, and an egg roll. I also ordered wonton egg drop soup and boneless spareribs. Unfortunately, the Chicken Lo Mein had very little chicken, the pork fried rice lacked the proper rice consistency, and the egg roll was greasy and overcooked. This place is the worst ever. Horrible taste and wasn't even made correctly! They literally gave me 5 shreds of beef and a pound of chopped mushrooms, That's not Mongolian beef! The taste was pure salt and the accompanying pork fried rice had no pork in it???? Very Dissatisfied for a first order.....I will never return with this level of failure.....
This place is no longer called Golden Star. It has been transformed into the Cactus restaurant and is now a fabulous Mexican restaurant serving delicious Latin American cuisine afforded with social distancing. There is dine in or take out and service is quick and efficient.
