Would never order from this place again! I ordered online to pick up, i wanted my daughters name on the cake and they never spelled the name correctly instead of paizley they wrote pairley i called and complained to the owner and her exact words were idk what to tell you. This is a great little place. I was dying for a hot fudge sundae with soft ice cream. So where else do you go at 2 in the afternoon.
Went to pick out a cake for my wife and viewed two cakes both had human hair visible on them . Not one employee came to speak to me very rude could see them standing out back . I wouldn’t recommend this place
While the ice cream tastes great but this store is absolutely filthy. It looks like only windows and tables are wiped down so it makes me cringe to think about how often the machines may be cleaned. The newer staff are horrible. They are teens with bad attitudes, ignore you, make sloppy sundaes and do nothing if no one is ordering (like...please really...clean the store. There are some older staff that are great, friendly and even remember our normal orders.
