However, others have praised the friendly staff like Scarlett and the safety measures in place during the pandemic. While experiences may vary, it seems that some improvements could be made to create a more positive dining experience overall.
Ordered a delivery through the app from this store. Half of it missing. Phoned several times to be told it was Uber Eats problem not theirs despite the fact that the bags were sealed BY THEM in store. Spoke to several people absolutely no help at all in fact downright rude. Told it was a regular occurrence! Pay peanuts expect monkeys. Avoid at all costs
I would like to commend a member of your team, named Scarlett. She was courteous and amiable. I have heard of some places receiving negative reviews, but I have never experienced that myself at your establishment.
Went twice to Standish gate today. First time it was college dinner hour so as the place was crammed with teenage girls in skin tight pants and low cut tops then the staff where physically incapable of seeing me. I became invisible again after paying for my food so told the staff not to bother and walked out without the food I paid for. Returned an hour later and wasn't given a receipt when I used the machine to pay and was told by the server without a receipt he is unable to give me my food. Another member of staff had to inform him this wasn't the case and I was given the food I paid for
I ordered 2 chicken Mayo burger with no Mayo with chips and the chips came freezing cold and one of the burgers didn’t have any meat on it it’s a ridiculous restaurant bye now.
I am a frequent visitor and, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I have noticed that everything is well-maintained to ensure the safety of customers and staff. The staff is friendly and skilled. In all honesty, I prefer coming here for coffee because other places are too pricey, and supporting my local community is more important than supporting a large franchise.
