Absolutely amazing! can't fail the service here. Despite waiting for my food, people assured me that it would not take long to give me regular updates where my food was. I collected my order with hot pommes, but my coffee was cold. I spoke with a beautiful male manager who only cried young and very big keon who assured me that he would change it and when he returned, it was not the best, but he offered me several options in what I could do next. I thanked him kindly for his help and managed to enjoy my eating. when I left, I had a wonderful interaction with a crew member that I suspected was on the escort, she was only small with brown hair called caitlin. she was so nice and sweet and offered me a lot of help during my stay. smashing mcdonald’s with very good staff!
I ordered a burger without pickles, which clearly had a label specifying "no pickle". However, when I opened the burger, there was a pickle right in the middle. It shouldn't be that difficult to make a burger! This isn't my first time experiencing this issue in the past 10 years of dining here. The staff at McDonald's in Leigh Asda need to improve their training and attention to detail. The manager was seen angrily throwing food away, which is unacceptable. Please sort out your staff and ensure they follow instructions properly.
I don't understand the purpose of the drive-thru if they ask you to park and then don't bring out your order. In the span of 15 minutes, I saw others receive their orders and drive off while I had to go inside to collect mine, despite it not being a large order. The staff is always friendly, but I find the parking situation to be a joke.
I have to say, for a large chain company, it was absolutely shocking. The chips were more stale than a 6am walk of shame. I decided to try the new Philly cheese burger, but save your money and don't bother. It was plain, cold, and had nothing on it that was advertised. The hot apple pie was disappointing as well. I don't understand this place at all. They either send out half an order or it's cold. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, you have to ask yourself, would you eat the food you send out? Because I would be ashamed. There is no pride whatsoever, even dogs wouldn't eat it.
Ordered food only one order on the board 11 mins later and 13 other orders were passed to customers my order no was taken off the board.when I asked what the delay was told they were waiting on chips.ironic as the two customers who ordered after me ordered exactly the same.when order was handed over chips were fresh big mac stone cold.hardly surprising as it had been sat in tray near drive through hatch.absolutely c#ap i didn’t think this restaurant could get worse.I was wrong.
