We are so happy to find one of our local Chinese offer a vegan menu! we had sweet n acidic chikn, salt n pfeffer chips, veg early rolling and cooked rice. it was beautiful! updated by previous review on 2021-07-04
Vegan bark curry, vegan chicken in black bean sauce, vegan huh chow mine. eating was really nice, but I didn't love the meat alternatives, they were very close to the texture to meat, which wasn't for me. if I get it again, I will ask it without the meat alternative, but recommend it to others than the 100%!
There are not many good Chinese places to get with a high food safety rating. lucky star has 4 stars of 5 which makes it a safe place to eat. the majority of the places they find on Just-Eat are evaluated by wigan council 3 stars. I would never touch any eating of a place that is rated under 4; very glad we found lucky star where we can eat with confidence. eating is nice. I love the great selection of not only Chinese, but also Thai. the Thai chicken roll is great, so the curries and emptying. we are mostly satisfied with everything. the only thing I would improve is the won ton suppe. I love it as it has a lot of sweetness in it like cauliflower, carrot etc., but I would add early to the wobbles and improve the taste and consistency somewhat. his still good suppe and the dumplings are some of the best I had from a takeaway in a long time, but the broth needs some improvement. lucy star is a great place to eat with safe and tasty foods that are always consistent. updated by previous review on 2021-01-10
Craving a Chinese over the summer I was amazed to find this little hidden gem, with its own extensive vegan range. Available on JustEat or walk in, I highly recommend the Vegan Beef Curry and Vegan Chicken Fried Rice, you won't regret it, have tried a few other dishes, but for me it's the Beef Curry
Lucky star offers a range of options on their menu that are completely vegan. the service was always high quality to fit the food. in a city as lack of options it is brilliant to see this as a take going away.
